Welcome to the Karstanbul social network platform (“Platform” or “Karstanbul”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform located at https://karstanbul.com. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on the Platform and are binding on you. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
To fully use the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account creation. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

By sharing Content on the Platform, you grant Karstanbul a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of your Content. This license allows us to use your Content on the Platform and for promotional purposes. The license ends when you delete your Content, though some copies may remain for technical or legal reasons.
Karstanbul reserves the right to review, edit, remove, or restrict access to Content shared on the Platform. However, we are not obligated to monitor all Content.
The Platform’s design, logo, software, and other elements are owned by Karstanbul and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute these elements without permission.
If you believe any Content infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us at karstanbuldestek@gmail.com.
The Platform is provided “as is,” and Karstanbul makes no warranties regarding its uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Karstanbul is not liable for damages arising from user-shared Content or third-party services. Karstanbul’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Karstanbul reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may also close your account at any time.
Third-party links or advertisements on the Platform are not under Karstanbul’s control. Karstanbul is not responsible for damages arising from such links.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform will be resolved in the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
